Republicans

This has been yet another resounding victory for Donald Trump. Ted Cruz has failed to perform a great sweep of the South That had previously been expected of him. Rubio obtained his first victory, however this has been overshadowed by his defeats elsewhere. Kasich has won nothing anywhere and all he has achieved is blocking a Rubio win in Virginia. Ben Carson failed badly today and has said “I do not see a political path forward in light of last evening’s Super Tuesday primary results”. He will now not be taking part in the next GOP debate but refuses to officially drop out. Is this just a book tour for him?
Democrats

Overall, Hillary Clinton won. Bernie Sanders won a few states but they were relatively close wins, whereas Hillary had several landslide victories.
